Different type of stuffed potato prepared with pulled pork. Ingredients:
1 large baking potato |
3-4 oz. pulled pork |
1 slice of bacon fried or baked til crisp |
shredded cheese |
salt, pepper and garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Bake or microwave potato until cooked. Let cool. 2. When potato is cooled, cut in half/ 3. Scoop out some of the potato leaving about 1/4 inch of skin and potato, place the potato that you scooped out in a bowl. 4. Fry your potato skin until it is nice and brown. Remove from grease and drain on papertowels. 5. Preheat oven to 300. 6. To the potato, add the pulled pork and crumble the bacon. Add the shredded cheese. 7. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix. 8. Restuff your potato skins with the pulled pork mixture. 9. Place in oven for 20 min. or til hot and a little brown. |
