Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh rosemary |
1/4 cup(s) chopped kalamata |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
2-3 plum tomatoes,chopped |
4 portobello caps |
1/2 cup(s) shredded part skim mozzeralla |
2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine toms, olives,cheese,garlic, 1tsp oil, rosemary and pepper in small bowl. 2. Preheat grill to medium 3. Remove gills from mushrooms, mix 1tsp oil, lemon juice and soy sauce and brush over both sides of caps. 4. Oil a grill rack. Place caps on rack, grill stems side down cover and grill till soft.remove from grill, stuff. Return to grill, cover and cook till cheese melts, about three minutes more. |
