Posting here for safe keeping. Have not tried yet. Ingredients:
4 medium portabella mushroom caps |
1 tablespoon italian salad dressing |
3 medium plum tomatoes, seasoned & chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
3/4 cup italian cheese blend, shredded |
2 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. brush outside only of mushroom caps w/ dressing. 3. place mushrooms grill side up in baking dish. 4. mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, cheese & bread crumbs in a bowl; mix gently. 5. scoop mixture evenly into mushroom caps. 6. bake 16-18 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. |
