Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Wraped in Bacon |

Just being creative Ingredients:
1 -2 lb pork tenderloin |
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper |
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper |
2 tablespoons fresh garlic cloves (chopped finely) |
1 whole medium onion, chopped |
pepper |
salt |
season salt |
garlic salt |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
bacon, depending on the size of tendorlion |
1 rosemary sprig (chopped finely) |
2 fresh thyme leaves (chopped finely) |
Directions:
1. pre heat over on 350. 2. Cut tendorloin down the middle (not all the way just enough to beable to stuff). 3. In a bowl combine red peppers, green peppers,onions, garlic,salt, pepper, rosemary, tyme, and Olive oil mix well together. 4. fill the tendorloin with the the thing you mixed in a bowl. 5. on a cutting board place bacon close together. 6. place tendorlion on top of bacon and roll the bacon over the tendolion until closed. 7. heat pan with the olive oil until hot place the bacon wraped tenderloin and brown both sides. 8. remove tenderloins and place in a dutch pan any left over oil place in the dutch pan and bake for 45 min -55 min until pork and bacon is done( depending on how you like your pork). 9. let rest for 10 mins and cut and serve. |
