I'm not sure why these are called stuffed - they aren't stuffed. But it is a recipe from my mom and that's what she called it. Either way this simple dish is amazing! Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
3/4 cup rice |
1 teaspoon season salt |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, rice, onion and water in a large baking dish (9x13). 2. Season Pork chops with season salt and place on top of rice mixture. 3. Bake covered with foil for 1.5 hours in a 350 oven. |
