Stuff peppers Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup quinoa |
2 cups water |
306 g onion |
181 g chicken breast |
217 g tomatoes |
1168 g red bell pepper |
118 g celery |
181 g zucchini |
Directions:
1. It's 6 bell peppers, 1 onion 4 stalks of celery and half a pound of turkey. 2. Cut tops off bell peppers and clean out the inside. Chop up tops for meat mix. 3. Cook Quinoa like rice. 4. Brown chicken tops of peppers onion celery and garlic. 5. Add tomatoes and cook it till most of the liquid is gone. 6. Add Quinoa to meat mix, and cook till it dryish. Salt and pepper. You can add hot sauce or Chiople or both. But add some type of spice. It's bland other wise. |
