Peppers stuff with a nutty rice and pork sausage stuffing. Ingredients:
1 cup rice |
1 cup cashews or 1 cup almonds |
1 onion |
4 pork sausage |
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce |
3 large mushrooms |
1 1/2 cups chicken stock |
4 large red peppers, cut in half and seeds cleaned out |
Directions:
1. cut mushrooms, onion and sausage then lighty fry with rice in a drop of olive oil. Add stock, soy souse and nuts. cook slowly for 3 hr fill the 8 pepper cups and bake for 30mins. |
