A pretty little appetizer. Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon heavy cream |
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced |
salt |
30 large nasturtium blossoms |
Directions:
1. Mix together the cream cheese, heavy cream, chives, and salt until smooth. 2. Spoon about a teaspoonful of the mixture into the center of each flower. 3. Fold the petals up around the stuffing. 4. Chill for up to an hour before serving. |
