Super simple appetizer, full of flavor. Ingredients:
32 large button mushrooms |
1 (8 ounce) carton cream cheese |
3 tablespoons pesto sauce, paste |
Directions:
1. Separate the stems from the mushroom caps and chop the stems.
2. Combine chopped stems with cream cheese and pesto paste; stuff mixture into the mushroom caps.
3. Bake at 375F 15 minutes.
