8 oz. cream cheese |
6.5 oz. can crabmeat |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1/8 tsp. cayenne (or more to taste) |
24 medium mushroom caps |
1/4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Blend cheese, crabmeat, garlic and spices until soft and thoroughly mixed. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Brush melted butter over the caps. 2. Bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes or until slightly browned. Serve hot. |
