This dish is time consuming but well worth it Ingredients:
50 enoki mushroom caps |
1/8 tsp bread crumbs |
1/2 bay scallop pureed |
1/4 tsp butter |
1/8 tsp oregano |
Directions:
1. Spend the next week or so hollowing out the enoki's. Blend the remaining ingredients and stuff the caps. bake at 350 for 5 minutes. 2. ENJOY! |
