mushroom tops stuffed with cream cheese Ingredients:
16 oz mushrooms, whole |
1 small onion, diced |
6 oz cream cheese |
4 slices bread |
1 dash salt |
6 tbsp butter |
Directions:
1. wash mushrooms, remove stems, chop up stems and onion separate, sauté onion in butter, add stems and sauté longer, sprinkle with season salt, add cream cheese, stir until smooth, remove from heat, tear off small chunks of bread, add to mixture until stiff enough to mound spoon into mushroom caps bake at 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes |
