I've recently discovered that I do in fact like mushrooms- Yes, I admit it, after saying that I didn't for the first how many years of my life. Luckily, I'm only 18 so I have plenty of years to come to enjoy them! Ingredients:
1 lb fresh large mushroom |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon chopped onion |
1 teaspoon chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushrooms. 2. Chop the stems into pieces and add to the cup of bread crumbs, onion, parsley, butter, salt and pepper. 3. Fill the mushroom heads with mixture. 4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. |
