This is a great meal for breakfast or lunch when your on a low carb program. It is a nice change to eggs. Ingredients:
10 g spinach leaves |
30 g leg ham |
70 g mushrooms |
30 g ricotta cheese |
10 g grated cheese |
2 cherry tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Spinach leaves steam or blanch for only 1 minute, chop one stem of mushrooms, 2. Ham and cherry tomatoes into a bowl. 3. Mx in ricotta cheese, spinach, a little salt and pepper to taste. 4. Bake for 5-10 minutes 5. Basil to garnish 6. This is a lovely companion with fish or chicken as a main dish. |
