This recipe is from Light Take Five cookbook. This is a great side dish. Delicious! Ingredients:
1 pint fresh mushrooms |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix together cheese, onion, and mayonnaise. 2. Remove stems from mushrooms. 3. Fill each mushroom cap with mixture. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
