Ingredients:
20 big mushrooms |
1/2 stick(s) butter |
1/3 cup(s) bread crumbs |
1/4 cup(s) green onions |
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed majoram |
1/4 cup(s) pistachios, semi chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop very fine. Melt butter, saute mushroom stems, onions, parsley, pistachios, bred crumbs, majoram and salt for about 5 minutes. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Bake on cookie sheet 5 minutes at 350. |
