250 g ground chicken |
8 -10 large green chilies |
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste |
1 teaspoon red chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes or until the raw smell is gone. 3. Fold in the chicken mince. 4. Add all the spices. 5. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. 6. Then, slit and de-seed the green chillies. 7. Fill the same with the above prepared mixture. 8. Now, shallow fry these in oil in a pan on low heat. 9. Switch off the gas and allow to cook in steam(cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes). 10. Serve hot with bread or rotis or parathas. 11. Enjoy! |
