This is a quick and easy appetizer to serve at happy hour. Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) can jalapeno peppers |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain jalapeno peppers. Slit lengthwise on one side; remove seeds and veins, leaving stem attached. Stuff each pepper with cream cheese .Chill add serve. |
