This is a wonderful, tasty dish that is sure to please!! If you have a lot of people coming over, make double or triple batches!! They go quickly!! Ingredients:
10-12 medium jalapeƱo peppers |
1 8 ounce package cream cheese |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese |
1 tsp garlic salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tsp paprika |
1/4 cup chopped white onion |
hickory smoked bacon (slices can be halved or quartered) |
Directions:
1. Split your jalapeƱos length wise and remove seeds and all - wear gloves 2. Soften cream cheese and mix with all the other ingredients, except for the bacon. 3. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and wrap with the bacon 4. bake at 425 degrees until the bacon gets crispy 5. Approximately 30 minutes 6. serve with toothpicks |
