These make a great appetizer, can be made ahead and frozen to be baked when ready to serve. My friend Jean shared this recipe with me. Ingredients:
22 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded |
1 lb sausage |
8 ounces cream cheese |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Seed and halve peppers. Brown the sausage and drain well. Add the cream cheese and parmesan and mix together. Stuff pepper halves. bake at 425* for 15 minutes until golden brown. |
