Stuffed Italian Mushrooms |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) chopped green onion |
1 eggs beaten |
1 clove(s) garlic, finely minced |
2 tablespoon(s) grated parmesan cheese to taste |
1/2 pound(s) italian sausage, mild and finely ground |
1/2 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning |
30 medium whole mushrooms |
1/4 cup(s) soft bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Wash mushrooms, remove and chop stems. 3. Spray fry pan with Vegetable cook spray, cook sausage, onion, garlic and stems until sausage is cooked. Make sure the sausage particles are fine. 4. Drain, stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into caps. 5. Bake in glass pan w. a little water in the pan, to prevent sticking at 350, 10 minutes. |
