Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup chopped chives |
1/2 pound crabmeat |
1 cup cream cheese |
salt and pepper |
10 halibut cheeks |
olive oil, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients. Cut pockets into halibut cheeks, stuff the garlic mixture into the pockets, then drizzle olive oil on the cheeks. 2.
