Ingredients:
3 green peppers |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 1/2 cup(s) cooked white rice |
2 tablespoon(s) celery, finely chopped finely chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) onion, finely chopped finely chopped |
1/4 cup(s) chili sauce or ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 egg |
2 tablespoon(s) cheddar cheese, grated shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Halve peppers lengthwise, removing seeds. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well. Fill peppers with mixture and place in baking dish. Fill with 1/2 inch of water. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. |
