Ingredients:
4 whole(s) green bell peppers
1 pound(s) jimmy dean sage sausage
1/2 cup(s) cooked minute rice
1 can(s) diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasonings
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
8 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese shredded
2 tablespoon(s) onion
Directions:
1. Brown sausage with onions and drain. Add tomatoes and rice, salt and italian seasonings mix in 1/2 cup cheese. Stir all ingredients together and spoon into each bell pepper. Top with remaining cheese and rest of hamburger mixture.Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 45 to 60 minutes.
