8 grape leaves |
125 g uncooked rice |
25 g mint leaves, chopped |
5 g ground cayenne pepper |
10 g fresh breadcrumbs |
salt |
pepper |
10 g melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Stuff this mixture into the wine leaves in the form of spring rolls. 3. Steam in an Idli Steamer till the rice is cooked. 4. Serve on a bed of tomato sauce. |
