Baked flounder fillets Ingredients:
8 ounces flounder |
4 ounces scallops (4 medium) |
1 tbsp butter |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup scallions |
2 cloves garlic |
1 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 egg white |
1/2 tsp ginger |
1 tsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Marinate scallops and flash in hot skillet with butter 2. Dip fillets in egg white, then roll in bread crumbs 3. Fold fillet over 2 scallops, chopped scallions 4. Bake 400F for 20 minutes, or until fish is white and flaky |
