Ingredients:
3/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup(s) crumbled blue cheese |
1 egg yolk |
1 1/2 pound(s) flank steak |
1 package(s) frozen chopped spinach |
3/4 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
7 ounce(s) roasted red peppers |
Directions:
1. Squeeze spinach, add cheese, peppers, bread crumbs, egg yolk, and 1/4 tsp. each of garlic salt and pepper. 2. Season steak with 1/4 tsp. of each also. Press filling onto steak and roll up. Tie at 2 inch intervals. Rub outside with oil and remaining garlic salt and pepper. 3. Roast at 425 degrees for 35 minutes and broil for 10 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving. |
