Stuffed Eggs With Spinach And Bacon |

Great new twist on stuffed eggs. I always get compliments when I bring these. Ingredients:
1 package (9oz.) creamed spinach |
12 hard-cooked eggs |
1/3 cup grated parmasean cheese (or 1/3 instant potato flakes) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tab. dijon mustard |
5 bacon slices, cooked crisp and crumbled |
3 green onions minced |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Peel eggs and cut lenthwise. 2. Remove yolks to bowl 3. Mash yolks, parmasean (or potato flakes) with a fork 4. Stir in creamed spinach, mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients 5. Stuff egg whites generously with yolk mixture 6. Sprinkle with paprika if desired 7. Chill |
