Dates with fondant centers. Ingredients:
1 box of whole pitted dates |
2 tablespoons heavy cream |
1 tablespoon butter,melted |
1 tablespoon instant coffee |
powdered sugar,enough to make a heavy paste. |
Directions:
1. Mix the cream,butter,instant coffee,and powdered sugar to form a heavy paste. 2. Stuff the dates with the fondant,(I use a plastic bag with the bottom corner cut off,then twist the fondant through to fill dates). 3. Roll the stuffed dates in granulated suar. 4. Place on serving platter. |
