lovely recipe for potato dishes or rice.. Ingredients:
1 cukini |
2 peppers |
3 onions |
4 mushrooms |
10 slices of cheese |
pinch of curry powder |
pinch of black peppers |
a little bit of lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Cut cukini in half , take out middle filling and make something like a boat to look 2. put in microwave for 10 min or more- check until its soft and cooked 3. Cut in small pieces onions, mushrooms and peppers 4. stir in oil occasionally 5. add black peppers and curry powder 6. cook like that for next 10 min..stir 7. add lemon juice and let it cook for next 2min 8. Add cheddar cheese or any other cheese you have got a home 9. cook until cheese is melted 10. Take cukini and fill it with vegetables stir-fry |
