Authentic Thai recipes Ingredients:
4 crab shells |
200 g pork, minced |
300 g cooked crab |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons coconut cream |
1 tablespoon chopped coriander root |
10 peppercorns |
1 teaspoon fish sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Pound together the garlic, coriander root and pepper-corns. Mix in crab meat, pork, fish sauce, salt, coconut cream, 1 egg white and 1 egg. Mix well and fill in the crab shells with this mixture. Brush with yolk and place in 7 1/4 x 5 x 1 - container. Microwave, covered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 4 minutes. Arrange the stuffed crabs on grill rack and grill for 8 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and shredded chillies. |
