This dish can be seved along side a yummy steak or as a appetizer. Ingredients:
1/ 1/2 dozen crabs, or 1 pond crab meat |
4 slices stale bread ( toasted ) 2 garlic cloves ( minced ) |
1 medium size onion |
1/2 sweet pepper |
1/2 cup cooking oil |
parsley |
onion tops |
celery tops |
red pepper to taste |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Scaled crab, pick meat from them. 2. Grind bread, garlic and sweet peppers. 3. Mix with crab meat 4. season 5. put this into heated cooking oil. ( Keep heat moderate ) 6. stir well for about 20 minutes 7. Add parsley, onion and celery. 8. Fill very well washed crab shells. 9. sprinkle with bread crumbs 10. Put in the oven about 350 degrees and cook untill brown 11. ( You may want to sprinkle some fresh parmesan cheese before baking .) |
