This is a yummy side dish from Gooseberry Patch; submitted by Laurel Perry. Ingredients:
14 3/4 ounces canned creamed corn |
15 1/4 ounces corn, drained |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
6 ounces seasoned stuffing mix, chicken flavored |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until mixed well. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
