Easy,quick appetizers Ingredients:
24 cherry tomatoes (about 1 pint) |
1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese |
3 tbsp. light cream cheese, softened |
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed |
1/4 tsp. dry mustard |
1/8 tsp. onion powder |
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Cut off tops of tomatoes,scoop out and discard pulp. 2. Set shells side. 3. Combine cheeses in small mixing bowl. 4. Stir in dill weed, mustard and onion powder. 5. Spoon or pipe mixture evenly into tomato shells (about 1 teaspoon each). 6. Sprinkle tops with pecans. 7. Chill. 8. Serve. |
