A refreshing finger food arranged on a bed of curly lettuce. Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes, washed |
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened |
4 green onions, finely chopped |
1 tsp. seasoned salt |
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce |
1/2 tsp. horseradish |
1/2 tsp. dill weed |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Slice top off of each tomato and gently scoop out pulp with a very small spoon. Combine remaining ingredients (except paprika) with a hand mixer until smooth. 2. Attach a #12 Cake decorator tip to a 12 decorator bag. Fill bag with cream cheese mixture. And fill the tomatoes with the mixture. 3. Arrange stuffed tomatoes on a bed of curly lettuce, sprinkle with paprika; and chill at least 30 minutes before serving. |
