A great appetizer Ingredients:
2 dozen cherry tomatoes |
1 lb bacon |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
3 green onions |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Wash tomatoes and scoop out the insides. 2. Fry the bacon until crisp and cut into small pieces. 3. Chop the green onions fine including some of the green top. 4. Mix all ingredients together with the mayonnaise. 5. Fill each tomato with the mixture and sprinkle the top of each with parsley. 6. Refrigerate before serving. |
