I've had stuffed cherry peps but they use pickled peps.I like to use fresh peppers, the taste combo is amazing! Ingredients:
24 fresh cherry peppers |
1/2 lb. hard salami |
1/2 lb. romano cheese (chunk to be grated) |
evoo |
Directions:
1. hollow out peppers 2. cut salami into small pieces 3. grate romano 4. mix salami and romano 5. stuff peppers with mixture 6. drizzle the evoo over the peppers 7. refrigerate for one week for flavors to meld 8. serve at room temp 9. enjoy |
