The creamy filling with each bite of celery makes for a satisfying snack. Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese |
1/3 cup carrot, shredded |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 dash onion powder |
8 celery ribs (cut into 3 inch pieces) |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, carrot and seasonings. 2. Fill celery pieces with cream cheese mixture. 3. Cover and chill for at least one hour. |
