Light appetizer. Ingredients:
1 head celery |
8 oz cream cheese, softened |
1/4 c walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Remove the stalks from the celery and rinse well in cold water. 2. Trim off the leaves and ends. 3. Cut into three-inch pieces; allow to dry. 4. Lightly whip the cream cheese. 5. Mix in the walnuts. 6. Put the cheese mixture in a zip-lock; cut one corner from the bottom of the zip-lock so you can fill the celery. 7. Fill the celery with the mixture. 8. Chill well before serving. |
