From 1001 Low-fat Recipes. I love this sort of thing to snack on. Healthy too! Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1/4 cup scallion, chopped |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/4 cup chopped pimiento |
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
6 celery ribs |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except celery in a food processor or blender. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Stuff celery with cheese mixture. 4. Cut into bite sized pieces. |
