If you like stuffed peppers, then you will love this. Its quick and very simple to make. Ingredients:
28 ounces diced tomatoes |
28 ounces tomato soup |
2 lbs ground beef |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 cups cooked spanish rice |
2 cups green peppers |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and drain. 2. Chop green peppers into bite size pieces. 3. Combine all ingredients into a large pan and simmer for at least 1 hour. |
