''stuffed'' Bell Peppers Casserole |

I wanted to try something different from the way I usually make stuffed peppers, and threw everything in the crockpot and it came out delicious! Ingredients:
1/2 lb hamburger |
1/2 lb sausage |
1/2 lb hot sausage |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cambells tomato soup |
1 (7 7/8 ounce) envelope knorrs spanish rice |
1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce |
1 cup water |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 large green peppers, chopped |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in oil until soft. 2. Add hamburger and sausages. Brown. 3. Put in crockpot. 4. Add the rest of the ingredients and set crockpot for 4 hours. 5. Add a little water if it starts to get dry. |
