Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) basil |
1 celery rib, diced |
1 can(s) diced tomatoes |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
3 green bell peppers |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
2 teaspoon(s) oregano |
1 tablespoon(s) parsley |
1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes |
1/4 pound(s) shredded sharp cheddar |
1 sweet onion |
2 tablespoon(s) tomato paste |
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Halve peppers lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes. Blanch in boiling water 2 minutes; drain. 3. In a skillet, saute onion, celery, and garlic 5 minutes. 4. Add beef and brown. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients. 6. Fill peppers, place on oiled cookie sheet; bake 30 minutes. |
