Ingredients:
6 bell peppers washed, cut tops,and seed |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
1 med onioin chopped |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
3 can(s) tomato soup |
1 cup(s) uncooked minute rice |
dash(es) salt |
dash(es) pepper |
Directions:
1. Blanch pepper in boiling water for 2-4 minutes, remove and allow to cool. Cook beef, onions and garlic in frying pan until browned, drain. Cook rice as directed. mix beef and rice together, add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff peppers with meeat mixture, place in dish open side up. Pour tomatoe soup over and around peppers. bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes Serve hot. Top with cheese (optional) |
