Peppers stuffed with lowfat hamburger, zucchini, and rice. The peppers are topped with low fat feta cheese. Ingredients:
1 3/4 pounds of ground beef |
2 cups of shredded zucchini |
1 small onion |
1 cup white rice |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon of oregano |
6 bell peppers |
30 ounces of canned tomatoes |
2/3 cup of feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingrediants except peppers and top with feta cheese. Bake covered in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes. |
