Stuffed Bell Pepper Mixture |

Since my children and I do not like bell peppers, I came up with this as our dinner when I fix Stuffed Bell Peppers for the husband. Ingredients:
green bell pepper, seeds removed and diced |
onion, diced |
1/2 cup minute rice |
1 lb ground beef |
1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup |
oil |
Directions:
1. Cook onion and bell pepper in oil until tender. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink; drain. Add rice, cream corn and tomato soup. Mix thoroughly. Simmer for 5 minutes to heat through. |
