STUFFED ARTICHOKE BOTTOMS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Smith Estate in Granbury, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
2 ounces cream cheese |
2 tablespoons crumbled bleu cheese |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
12 marinated artichoke bottoms |
paprika for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix together cheeses and mayonnaise. 2. Spoon cheese mixture into artichoke bottoms and garnish with a dusting of paprika. 3. Serve at room temperature. |
