STUFFED ARTICHOKE BOTTOMS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Smith Estate in Granbury, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients:
2 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled bleu cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
12 marinated artichoke bottoms
paprika for garnish
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix together cheeses and mayonnaise.
2. Spoon cheese mixture into artichoke bottoms and garnish with a dusting of paprika.
3. Serve at room temperature.
