Simple and delicious! Ingredients:
24 dates |
8 ounces ricotta cheese |
12 slices maple bacon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Pit each date and cut the other end just a little. 3. Put ricotta into zip lock bag and snip off small corner. 4. Squeeze ricotta into date until it starts coming out the other end. You won't use up the ricotta. 5. Cut bacon in half. 6. Wrap each date with bacon and secure with toothpick. 7. Bake until bacon is done (turning once), about 8 minutes each side. 8. Serve warm! |
