easy to make, and very tasty. I found in a newspaper a few years back. Ingredients:
1 lb frozen bread dough |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic |
2 cups italian cheese blend |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
7 -10 pieces ham |
7 -10 pieces salami |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Roll dough into rectangle shape and place dough on greased cookie sheet. 3. Mix garlic, butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil and brush butter mixture on dough. 4. Mix cheese and seasoning. 5. Spread 1/2 cheese mix across dough, stopping about a half edge. 6. Place ham and salami on top on dough and cheese. 7. Spread second 1/2 of cheese across ham and salami. 8. Roll dough longways loosely and fold ends under. 9. Brush roll with a beaten egg white and cut 3 small slits in top. 10. Cook in oven for 25 minutes. |
