From Gooseberry Patch Country Quick and Easy. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup beef broth |
1/2 cup water |
3 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked |
Directions:
1. In a large fry pan, cook and crumble the ground beef with onion until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is tender. 2. Gradually blend in the remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil; lower heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. |
